Here’s what the best-performing posts have in common:

A post that doesn’t offer value is just noise.

Value means answering a burning question, solving a real problem, or offering a perspective people haven’t heard before.

Example:
Instead of saying “Personal branding is important,” say:
“Here’s how I grew my personal brand to 20,000 followers using just 15 minutes a day and how you can too.”

2. Tactical information

The posts that go viral on LinkedIn aren’t vague or overly motivational. 
They’re practical and raw. 
They give people something they can use immediately.
It could be a framework, a checklist, or a proven step.

Example:
A post that breaks down “3 LinkedIn headline formulas that doubled my profile views” will always get more traction than “Your headline matters.”

3. Proof builds trust

We’re in an era where everyone is giving advice. 
But people trust proof, not promises.

Posts that show numbers, screenshots, testimonials, or real-life examples build credibility.
