Companies are replacing their entry-level hiring with AI subscriptions. They say: "Why hire a junior when Code Agent is faster and free?"

Here is the hard truth I need every leader to hear:
Seniority is not a title. Seniority is scar tissue.

If we remove the "struggle" phase from our industry, we aren't just saving money. We are sterilising the next generation of leaders.
