I lead DevriX, an embedded execution unit that implements and operates durable operating systems for PE-backed mid-market companies, and Growth Shuttle, a market intelligence and advisory firm focused on execution, systems, and operating leverage in the mid-market.

In addition to building and operating these businesses, I engage selectively and fractionally as a Technical Value Creation Advisor, supporting sponsors and management teams with post-acquisition execution, systemization, and operating resilience.

My role is not to replace leadership teams or take on day-to-day operations. It is to design and govern execution systems that reduce operational risk, improve throughput, and ensure value creation initiatives hold under scale.

Areas of focus:

- Post-acquisition execution drag that delays or erodes value creation
- Automation and system resilience across GTM, operations, and reporting
- Agentic workflows that reduce manual dependency and execution fragility
- Fragmented tooling and data that undermine decision velocity
- Scaling execution without proportional headcount growth

How this work is delivered:

1. Execution frameworks and operating cadence are designed at the portfolio level
2. DevriX serves as the execution engine implementing these systems inside portfolio companies
3. Technology is applied pragmatically, with automation and agent-based workflows introduced only where they materially improve stability, speed, or visibility
4. Engagements are structured as long-term retainers aligned to execution durability, not short-term projects

I have grown within one company from entry-level specialist to CEO of the company at the age of 21. Growing my company's revenue to 7 figures.

After being part of an amazing team for 15+ years, I got tired of the routine and lost my purpose. So I left my highly-paid executive role to start from scratch in digital marketing.
