If my goal was to land a 7 figure remote job in 2026… 

(here’s the exact plan I’d run for 3 months) 

7 figure remote job don’t go to; 

- People who apply blindly 
- People with generic profiles 
- People shouting “open to work” daily. 

They go to people who are easy to find, easy to trust, and easy to sell internally.

Here’s how I’d engineer that 👇🏽

MONTH 1: POSITIONING 

Goal: Make recruiters find you without trying

Phase 1 – Decide what you want to be known for
— One role. One niche. One outcome.

Phase 2 – Profile optimization (this is where most people fail)

- Headline = role + industry + result
- About section = pain → solution → proof
- Experience = outcomes, not job descriptions

Keywords recruiters actually search:
- tools, job titles & industry language

(If they can’t search you, they can’t find you.)

Phase 3 – Silent credibility

- Update featured section (case studies, wins, portfolio)

Your profile should answer: “Why should we talk to you?”

MONTH 2: CONTENT THAT ATTRACTS (NOT BEGS)

Goal: Make people assume you’re already expensive

You’ll rotate 3 content types every week:

1. Awareness (Mon–Tue)
- Break myths about your role
- Use storytelling to solve problems
- Share behind-the-scenes insights

2. Credibility (Wed–Thu)
- Case studies
- Lessons from past projects
- “Here’s what I’d do differently if I were hired”

3. Conversion (Fri)

- Soft positioning posts
“Here’s what I help companies solve”

MONTH 3: STRATEGIC VISIBILITY + SIGNALS

Goal: Make the right people feel familiar with you

Phase 1 – Curate your feed

Identify 20 active accounts:
- same industry
- same countries you want to work in
- hiring managers, founders, team leads

Phase 2 – Aggressive familiarity

- Comment intelligently (not “Great post”)
- Add context, opinions, mini case studies
- Do this daily for 20–30 minutes

Phase 3 – Make it obvious you’re open

- Put a post explaining what you do
- Make your value clear without saying “hire me”

Let curiosity do the work

THE TRUTH MOST PEOPLE WON’T TELL YOU
