In this capacity, I manage relationships with multinational corporations, facilitating connections with innovative startups. Bridging the gap between large enterprises and startup ecosystems is my mission. Additionally, I collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to optimize our work and implement automations for enhanced efficiency.

As the Founder and Manager of Galano Ceramiche Ischia (www.galanoceramicheischia.it), I built and developed a thriving e-commerce business, significantly boosting sales and brand visibility. 
I managed end-to-end operations for over 500 products, overseeing supply chain logistics, demand-supply analysis, and ensuring seamless product availability. Additionally, 
I successfully managed Amazon Marketplace accounts, established social media channels, and created video content to drive brand engagement and increase traffic.

I was responsible for customer relations and collaborating with logistics companies and online platforms such as Amazon and eBay. I implemented targeted marketing campaigns and conversion optimization strategies, which contributed to steady business growth.
