• Guiding the ideation of a joint venture of two energy providers (1,3 bn € / 2,6 bn € in revenue) who seek to maximize their mutual benefit by generating synergies in organization, process and governance by using novel digital channels in order to address new markets and customers
• Process analysis and scenario transition planning of selected processes, setup of business case to calculate expected impact and ensuring for a governance strategy and execution plan
• Mediation between both parties to ensure for smooth alignment and governance with regards to regulatory requirements

Project II
• Input workshops to baseline the positioning strategy of an energy provider (739 mn € in revenue)
• Structuring of topics around energy mix and energy transition for further discussions, including considerations around decentralization (smart metering and prosumer approach to buying and selling excess energy into the grid)
• Delivering a document to roadmap potential strategic initiatives to reach the discussed priorities, including financial metrics
• Definition of repositioning strategy program within the DACHregion

• Conducted several innovation workshops for aerospace-, train- and machinery manufacturing companies to identify use cases with technology- and problem-solution fits. Created several business cases to propose several digitization enhancements involving Blockchain.
