Alternative Livelihoods: Design and manage agribusiness projects that provide alternative livelihood opportunities for victims. This involves project planning, resource allocation, and ongoing support for participants.

Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator to settle conflicts among different communities in the coastal region. Facilitate dialogue and understanding among various stakeholders.

Impact Assessment: Evaluate the effectiveness of Mega Women Organization's initiatives and projects, measuring their impact on the lives of beneficiaries and communities.
