How to make your audience feel seen (and heard):

Stop talking at them.
Start talking from where they are.

Here’s what that looks like:

1/ Mirror their thoughts.
 Use their own words, the ones you see in your DMs, comments, and calls.
 When they read your post and think “wait… that’s me,” you’ve got them.

2/ Share your “before.”
 Everyone shows their wins. Few show their process.
 Your people connect when they see you’ve been where they are.

3/ Validate their stuckness.
 You don’t need to fix it right away.
 Just name it. Acknowledge it. Let it breathe.

4/ Speak to one person.
 Not “you guys.” Not “everyone.”
 One person. One problem. One truth.

Because when people feel understood,

you don’t need to convince them, they choose you.

Before you stress about engagement or algorithms,

Fix this one thing: Clarity.

Get Clarity on these 3 things first:
→ The problem you solve.
→ Your Ideal Client.
→ What makes you unique.

This will help you:
→ Stop wasting time on activities that don’t drive results.
→ Optimise your profile and content for impact.
→ Create content that works for you 24/7.

With clarity comes results, don’t leave it up to chance. Or you can keep spinning your wheels for a few more months.

This is the metric you should be paying attention to.

your brain is lying to you rn.

It tells you to post more. More words. More hashtags. More emojis.

but in reality you dont need these.

you just need to write for them, here is how:

1. Start with a pain they’re already feeling.

Skip the “good morning LinkedIn!” fluff.

Instead:
“Tired of posting 3x a week and getting nothing but likes from your college roommate?”

That’s the hook. It stops the scroll because it calls out the exact frustration they’re living in.

2. Show them what they got wrong.

Everyone’s trying something. Most of it isn’t working.

Tell them, gently (or not so gently), why.

“You’re sharing random tips. But your dream clients don’t buy from ‘helpful’. They buy from relevant.”

3. Give them a glimpse of the fix.

Not the whole recipe. Just enough to make them think, “Damn, I need this.”

“When every post ties back to the one thing you solve, leads stop lurking and start DMing.”

4. Invite them to the next step.

Not begging. Not pitching. Just a door they can walk through.

“Want to see how I map this out in under 15 minutes? Reply ‘map’ and I’ll send it over.”

That’s it.

Perfect your alignment, not the grammar

their pain → your solution → a way to move closer.

1 person - 1 problem - 1 solution.
