•Authored/contributed to study reports, orphan drug applications, cross-functional team projects such as preparation of Risk Management Plans, Drug Safety Reports and presented findings at team meetings

•Researched and assessed healthcare databases for relevant benefits and limitations; compiled a consolidated list of RWD sources relevant for therapeutic area

• Managed a Canada-based international multicenter clinical trial in Transfusion Medicine involving clinical site recruitment and management, developing study manual of procedures, ensured protocol compliance, supervising and tracking patient enrollment and data collection (in Sharepoint), oversaw IRB related matters, and managed budgets/finances, responsible for preparing progress reports, established and managed patient and lab testing results data, created and managed databases for all study data. 

• Oversaw a multi-nation, multicenter Transfusion proficiency study in Africa serving as a overall operations coordinator, data manager and analyst as well as assisted in manuscript preparation

• Served as lead data analyst (using SAS and STATA) on several studies involving data cleaning; statistics model building; presentation and interpretation of analysis results resulting in several publications

• Developed innovative research questions, study protocols, grant/funding proposals in Transfusion Medicine.

• Oversaw several Pediatric ICU Research Studies - ensuring protocol compliance; screening, enrolling and consenting patients in research studies; abstracting data from medical charts; managing IRB applications and issues. Coordinated study proceedings with clinical sites, sponsors and vendors. 

• Assisted Principle Investigator in developing new study protocols, grant applications and obtaining FDA approvals.

• Manipulated raw data into usable data for analysis and developed data analysis/statistical models in SPSS to assess relationships between risk factors and outcomes for a sexual risk study in minority communities' men. 
• Proposal development, performed literature review, presented data analysis results in written form, presentations and posters.
