In September 2020, I founded GeoDrones Aerial Services, a Dubai based Commercial Drone Services & Solutions Provider, commissioned with a mission to provide superior quality Drone Services to customers across the United Arab Emirates & the Gulf region.

In less than 1 year, I’ve successfully managed to create corporate collaborations with Abu Dhabi and Dubai governments and delivered multiple major projects to high profile companies in topology surveying, bathymetric and solar panels inspection.

I aim to position GIS Drones to be the Industry Leader in Commercial Drone Services across United Arab Emirates and the GCC region, and is always in the duel to preserve, uphold and be conversant with the advancements in Drones.

اليابان تطبّق مستقبل اللوجستيات: تجربة ناجحة لشبكة نقل ثلاثية الأبعاد بالدرونز
في جزيرة ساكوشيما – محافظة آيتشي، اليابان، تم تنفيذ واحدة من أنجح حالات الاستخدام العملية للدرونز في مجال اللوجستيات الذكية، لتتحول الفكرة من “تجربة تقنية” إلى نموذج تشغيلي قابل للتوسع التجاري.

ملخص حالة الاستخدام الناجحة:
• تم إنشاء شبكة نقل ثلاثية الأبعاد تربط بين الجو والأرض في منظومة واحدة متكاملة.
• الدرونز قامت بنقل الشحنات عبر مسارات بحرية، مع تسليم الحمولة من الجو دون الهبوط، ما قلّل المخاطر وسرّع العمليات.
• في المرحلة الأخيرة، تولّت أنظمة توصيل ذاتية على الأرض استكمال التوزيع داخل الجزيرة.
• ولأول مرة، تم ربط حركة الدرونز بالبنية المرورية الأرضية عبر إشارات مرور ذكية تتفاعل لحظيًا مع اقتراب الدرون، لضمان أعلى مستويات السلامة.

لماذا تُعد هذه التجربة نقطة تحوّل؟
• أثبتت أن الدرونز ليست مجرد أداة تصوير أو طيران تجريبي، بل حل لوجستي متكامل.
• عالجت تحديات “آخر ميل” التي تعيق كثيرًا من مشاريع التوصيل الجوي.

Responsibilities
•	Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
•	Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
•	Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
•	Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
•	Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
•	Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests

Project Consultant

Responsibilities
•	Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
•	Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
•	Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
•	Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
