I delayed the launch of my next book so that Mini Book Flywheel will launch in January as the first ever Smart Book.

So I asked myself what actually makes people remember you?

What worked for me and my company?

What I discovered was it wasn't a funnel, a fancy logo, or killer slogan...

It was having a belief flywheel centered around a mini book.

This week I'm at Brandon Sanderson's epic fantasy book conference called Dragonsteel Nexus with my wife and 3 kids.

It's amazing to see how powerful his Superconsumers are and how his team pours everything into supers.

My son (who is an author and the primary driving force behind me attending this) told me yesterday "Brandon Sanderson says he doesn't have a lot of fans, but the fans he has are fanatics."

It is so inspiring to see how other creators, authors, musicians etc. build memorable experiences for those who love their work.

And this conference is proving already, 1 day in, to be epic.

Think about how you can do something for those that LOVE what you do. Don't think masses, think massive impact to a few and they'll spread the word for you.

Seeing Brandon Sanderson read for 45 minutes from his upcoming book live was an amazing experience for me I can only imagine how amazing it was for my boys.

A friend of mine and student at IA Path lost their wife unexpectedly.
