I’ve always carried a notebook.

Even in the field, covered in dust, surrounded by sensors, half-finished prototypes, and unanswered questions, I wrote things down. Numbers, equations, but most importantly stories: Stories on what worked, what failed, and why people believed in one idea but not another.

That notebook became a habit, and a philosophy.

I started seeing patterns. The best tech didn’t win. The best stories did. The inventions that earned trust from investors, clients, or the public were the ones that made people feel the science, not just understand it.

Today, I work with deep tech founders who are building the future but struggle to fund itThey have the technology, the patents, the research, but not the language that makes people believe in their vision.

Today, the Anabolic Laboratories produces products in an FDA-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing facility and it cGMP certified by the Natural Products Association. 

Our company promotes the nutritional philosophy that the restoration of health comes from the following:
     A diet rich in lean meats, fruits, and vegetables and low in processed foods, grains, sugar and bad fats.
     Nutritional "musts": a multi-vitamin, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D, and magnesium
     Decreasing  inflammation through a healthy, anti-inflammatory diet, anti-inflammatory nutritional supplements, decrease in stress, increase in exercise, and adequate amounts of good quality sleep.

I am a technical expert for Anabolic Labs, a nutritional supplement company that sells supplements only to health care professionals. I also manage major projects and help create and implement doctor education programs. 

As the Sales Development Director for Anabolic Laboratories, I serve as the company's technical expert on the application of diet and nutritional supplements in the process of aiding and maintaining optimal health. Anabolic Labs was founded in 1924 as a nutritional supplement company that sold products only to health care professionals. Today, it continues to offer a "Professional" line of fine products which are primarily manufactured in our FDA-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. I'm also accountable for FDA label compliance, social media marketing, doctor and public communication in the form of technical education and our website, on-line ordering, and new product development and management.

As co-owner of Total Health Chiropractic, I practiced chiropractic full time for four years and then part-time after 2004.  I created and managed our strategic marketing programs, office protocol, patient billing procedures, financial management and planning, staff hiring, training and management, continuing education opportunities for our staff of doctors, and facilities management and negotiations.

Wild Oats Markets

While attending Logan College of Chiropractic, I worked as a cashier at Wild Oats Natural Market.  I tried to work on Saturdays and Sundays, when it was amazingly busy.  At that time, this Wild Oats was the biggest health food store in St. Louis.  So weekends were exciting, to say the least.

After getting my college degree, I got a great job as a bookkeeper for several companies.  It was here that I mastered Excel, Word, and the floppy-disk version of Peachtree Accounting software.  I taught myself how to process bi-weekly payroll for several hundred people, file payroll tax paperwork, provide executive assistant duties, and manage the daily financial needs of three companies.

Rainbow Trout Ranch

For my last “summer job”, I headed to the bustling metropolis of Antonito in the south part of the Colorado.  This summer, I was the head cook at a Guest Ranch.  I cleaned a great many Trout and cooked about 3,000 pounds of marinated flank steak.  And there were bats there.  Which I did not cook. This area is one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen.  It’s remote, wild, and breathtaking.

After college graduation, I headed to Colorado to work.  I landed at a great little ski lodge in Winter Park - “the icebox of the lower 48 states”.  I’d never been that cold before and I’ve never been that cold since.  I cooked, cleaned, served meals, worked with guest services and basically did anything that needed to be done.

This summer, I returned to Drowsy Water Ranch as an Assistant Chef.  I’m not sure they knew what a gamble that was as I had little culinary experience, but I somehow made it through and learned to work the grill well enough to be a short-order breakfast cook.  On my one day off a week, I drove all around the surrounding mountains and fell in love with Grand Lake, CO.

I went back to the middle of Colorado for another summer of being a cabin girl.  It was at this ranch that I, along with a fellow cabin girl, memorized the entire guest list prior to the guests arriving each week. This turned out to be quite a hit, along with our rousing version of the CW McCall song Wolf Creek Pass at the “Talent Show”.

Lake Mancos Ranch

I headed to the 4-corners area of Colorado that summer and had another exciting summer!  I was, again, a cabin girl (catch-all for doing anything that’s needed), and enjoyed my time.  It was here that I got to hear a huge spooked heard of elk run through a forest of Aspen trees.  It sounded like four jet planes taking off at one time – it was that loud.

Dr. Mary Beth has always been committed to one thing: empowering people to live the lives of their dreams.  Her work in Chiropractic centered upon emotional and mental wellness as well as physical wellness.  She studied NET (Neuro Emotional Technique) and other methods to help her patients resolve issues that were affecting their healing and vitality.  

For over 15 years, she’s worked as a consultant with business people to help them get clear about their Super Powers (innate abilities and life purpose) that often remain undiscovered and not expressed.  Her work remains on the cutting edge of exponentially expanding people’s expression of their potential in their business and personal lives.  

This is a very personal pursuit for her as her Super Power is finding the Super Powers in others.  As a guest on Podcasts and radio shows, she stuns audiences with her in-depth insight into people’s true calling and abilities.
