From medical representative to senior commercial leadership roles across Gilead, Johnson & Johnson, Hikma, JPI, and Nycomed, I led teams, launched brands, and built strategies, always focusing on the human dynamics behind performance.

If you can’t explain it in 60 seconds, no one will listen.

Senior leaders don’t have time for long explanations.
They need decisions.

Structure your message:
→ Lead with the decision
→ Give context in one sentence
→ Highlight the impact or risk
→ Show what success looks like
→ State what support you need

Every word counts.

Let me tell you about Sara..
She’s a Sales Manager in the UAE.
Reliable, organized and trusted!

Suddenly..
The Product Manager went on emergency leave.
With a brand launch around the corner, at risk.
The cross-functional team chose not to wait.


So Sara stepped in to cover!

She did what she had always done to succeed:
•Checked every plan herself
•Followed up on every update
•Tried to keep everything perfect

On paper, it looked great.

But in reality?
•Teams waited for her approval 
•Medical, access, marketing, and KAM stopped talking to each other
•Meetings increased… progress didn’t
•Everyone was busy, yet nothing moved fast

The launch wasn’t broken.
It was stuck!!

What I thought was expertise turned out to be a starting point.

I’ll tell you the story of Tarek, a Sales Manager.

In an update meeting, the team debated endlessly. Tarek stayed quiet, listening, and connecting the dots.

People assumed he wasn’t assertive enough.

But when Tarek spoke, the room paused.
Not because he was loud, because he was clear!

In 2021, most pharma check-ins had one main purpose: status updates.

Lina, a Marketing Lead in a fast-growing pharma company, ran a 1 hour team meeting every week.

Slides were updated.
Each function spoke.
Everyone nodded.
Everyone went back to execution.

On paper, it looked aligned.
In reality?
