From medical representative to senior commercial leadership roles across Gilead, Johnson & Johnson, Hikma, JPI, and Nycomed, I led teams, launched brands, and built strategies, always focusing on the human dynamics behind performance.

Today, I partner with organizations to diagnose what’s really holding teams back: misaligned expectations, communication breakdowns, compromised capabilities, or unspoken beliefs that quietly impact execution and results.

رمضان كريم وكل سنه وانتم طيبين 🥰


I hope you’re all having a peaceful Ramadan and finding little moments to grow and reflect.

For me, this month is always a reminder to pause and refocus not just in life, but at work and in our careers too.

I also believe it’s the perfect time to invest in yourself while still connected to your faith.

Here are some practical ways to grow during this blessed month:

1) Reflect on yourself
Where are you in your career? 
What changes do you need? 
Write them down and ask God for guidance.

2) Read inspiring books
The Quran, stories of the Sahaba, or even self-development books, anything that gives you insight and perspective.

3) Improve your skills
Instead of long TV hours after Iftar, why not try a short online course, practice public speaking, or learn something new?

4) Network with purpose
Ramadan is a time of family and friends gatherings, you can still connect online. Send a message to an old colleague, or share an inspiring post on LinkedIn.

5) Refresh your professional presence
Update your LinkedIn profile, skills, and achievements, it might just open doors for new opportunities.

6) Balance work with worship
Take breaks for prayer and spend more time in the mosque, these moments can clear your mind and boost your focus and energy.

Ramadan teaches us that small, intentional steps today can lead to bigger achievements tomorrow inshallah 😍

أنا خايف…


دي الكلمة اللي قالها ابني امبارح قبل ما ينام.
قالها، بس كان واضح إن قلبه قلقان من اللي بيسمعه وبيشوفه

قعدت جنبه وسألته:
حبيبي، انت خايف من إيه؟

قال لي:
هو ممكن يحصل لنا حاجة؟

ساعتها فهمت إن دوري مش أشرح أخبار، ولا أتكلم في سياسة…
دوري إني أطمنه ❤️

قلت له:
إحنا بناخد بالأسباب، وبنعمل اللي علينا،
وفي ناس كتير حوالينا بتعمل أقصى ما عندها علشان سلامتنا وأمننا
ندعيلهم ربنا يقويهم 🙏🏾
والباقي نسيبه على ربنا

وقولت له الآية اللي أنا بحبها و عايش بيها:

“قل لن يصيبنا إلا ما كتب الله لنا هو مولانا وعلي الله فليتوكل المؤمنون”

شرحت له إن المعنى أننا يكون عندنا يقين بالله.
إن اللي مكتوب لنا هو الخير، حتى لو إحنا مش شايفينه دلوقتي.

وروحنا صلينا الضهر انهارده في المسجد، حسيت انه حس شويه بالأمان واطمن الحمدلله 


يمكن اللي بيحصل حوالينا ده
يكون فرصة نقرب من بعض أكتر
نقعد سوا في البيت،
ونطمن علي بعض.

ورمضان فرصة حقيقية لازم نستغلها.
نصلي و نقرأ قرآن اكتر و ندعي من قلبنا ❤️

ربنا يحفظ أولادنا ويحفظ بيوتنا 
ويكتبلنا لنا الخير حيث كان
ويحفظ بلادنا وبلاد المسلمين من كل سوء 🥰


“I’m scared…”

That’s what my son told me last night, worried about what he’s been seeing and hearing.

I reminded him that we take precautions, and many people are doing their best to keep us safe, may God strengthen them 🙌🏾
And the rest, we leave to Allah

I shared this verse with him:
“Nothing will happen to us except what Allah has written for us. He is our Protector.”

We prayed together, and I felt him calmer.

Maybe this is a reminder to come closer as families, especially in Ramadan.
To pray more, read Qur’an, and make sincere duaa❤️

May Allah protect our children, our homes, and our countries 🥰

An international company needed to introduce new Leadership Dimensions!


The strategy was clear.
The expectations were defined.
The documents were ready.

But there was a real concern from HR:

“How do we make this stick… and not become another framework people view to and forget?”

So instead of launching the new Leadership Dimensions with slides…

We introduced it through LEGO® Serious Play®  

We placed LEGO® bricks on every tables!

Yes. LEGO® 😊

At first, there were smiles
A little skepticism
A few surprises

Then silence…

During the workshop, every team member built what the new dimensions looked like in their real, daily work.

They shared stories.
They challenged each other.
They connected their individual models into one shared leadership landscape!

The room shifted to honest conversations. A great experience!

By the end, each person selected one dimension to strengthen and wrote a personal commitment on a LEGO brick.

Weeks later, those bricks were still visible on desks.

And in meetings, something new started to happen:

“Is this aligned with what we built?”
“Are we demonstrating the behavior we committed to?”

That’s when we know it worked 😀

LEGO® didn’t just introduce the Leadership Dimensions.

It made them tangible.
Memorable.
And lived.

It made the culture change through shared experiences.

"I'm giving my best, but my team isn’t performing the way it should!”


That’s what one of my clients told me last month.

He’s a Business Unit Head at a mid-sized pharmaceutical company.

Targets were stretched.
All teams were moving.
Everyone looked busy.


Yet achievements weren’t matching the effort!!

Review progress regularly. 
Are we moving closer to or away from the goal? 

𝐄 — 𝐄𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞
Treat every input as a feedback.
Then refine, simplify and improve.

Within weeks, he noticed the shift: 
✅ Stretched targets were hit easier 
✅ Teams aligned without constant follow-ups
✅ Achievements improved without added pressure

His biggest realization was...

“I didn’t need my team to do more.
I needed them to do the right things, the right way.”

Sometimes performance problems aren’t people problems.
They’re direction and structure problems.
