Delivered a two-floor labour accommodation building and warehouse office complex, including boundary wall works, managing procurement, subcontractors, and client coordination on behalf of the contractor.

•Provided weekly progress updates and site reports to consultants and clients, maintaining transparent project tracking and issue escalation.

•Managed end-to-end material procurement based on approved shop drawings and specifications (e.g., concrete mix design, rebar, waterproofing, etc.).

•Reviewed subcontractor bids for compliance with tender documents and project scope, supporting commercial alignment and trade selection.

•Led inspections and site meetings with consultants and local authorities to obtain structural and MEP approvals for handover milestones.
