As the Executive Director at AUG Medical, I lead a team of professionals who provide innovative and high-quality medical products and services to healthcare facilities and patients around the world. With over 20 years of experience in sales, strategy, and team management, I have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing high-profile accounts, and building performance-driven sales teams in various capacities.

My passion is to help others achieve their goals and improve their lives, whether it is through my work as a business coach, a community leader, or a mentor. I hold a business coach certification from Expertrating New York and a bachelor's degree in banking, corporate, finance, and securities law from CFPB France. I also speak four languages: Arabic, English, French and Spanish. I am always looking for new opportunities to learn, grow, and make a positive impact on society.

Today, I had the pleasure of speaking at the panel “The Medical Device That Becomes Naturally Intelligent,” bringing together industry leaders, institutions, researchers, and innovators to accelerate the integration of advanced technologies into Morocco’s local medical device manufacturing.

Representing AUG Medical, I shared our international experience and our commitment to technology transfer to Morocco, strengthening industrial sovereignty, reducing import dependency, and integrating AI, IoT, and advanced technologies into the ecosystem.

The panel highlighted several key priorities:
	•	Smart local manufacturing and adoption of emerging technologies
	•	Innovation funding programs supporting R&D
	•	Collaboration between industry, universities, and institutions
	•	Morocco’s strategic positioning in intelligent and connected medical devices

This moment reinforced a shared belief: Morocco is not waiting for the future — it is actively building it. The momentum is strong, the ecosystem is mobilized, and the opportunities ahead are significant.

Thank you to the organizers, speakers, and everyone contributing to the growth of Morocco’s medical device industry. Today’s discussions are not an ending, but a beginning.
