I'm a strategic enterprise seller with a track record of closing complex, high-value B2B deals across SaaS, consulting, and data solutions. My strength lies in aligning with C-level buyers and untangling multi-stakeholder deals where clarity, trust, and commercial logic are essential.

At CEB (now Gartner), I turned around a declining solution line to 40% YoY growth, averaging 125% of annua quota. At Datamonitor, I hit 297% of target. I’ve worked across 10+ industries and have opened up new verticals and markets. Whether it’s new product commercialisation or reviving underperforming lines, I’m most effective where stakes are high and ambitions are higher.

My approach is grounded in buyer psychology and strategic problem solving. I’ve conducted over 428 interviews with B2B buyers to deeply understand how they actually make decisions. I pair this insight with frameworks like Challenger, decision science, and neuroscience to win trust and close complex deals faster.

It's about how their brain processes justice.

For many autistic people, fairness works more like logic than preference. When something doesn't add up, it creates an unresolved problem. An open loop. And until that loop closes, the brain keeps returning to it.

𝗡𝗲𝘂𝗿𝗼𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗽.

"Water under the bridge" works for a lot of people because it provides just enough closure to file the thing away. For many autistic people, it doesn't. The logical error is still there. Nothing has actually been resolved.

This also connects to monotropism. Many autistic minds focus deeply on one thing at a time. When that one thing is an injustice, it can take up all available mental space. Not because they're choosing to dwell. Because the loop is genuinely still open.

Three things worth knowing:
 1. Moving on without resolution isn't just difficult. It can feel morally wrong.
 2. This isn't stubbornness. It's a brain doing exactly what it's supposed to do.
 3. "Just let it go" isn't a solution. Genuine acknowledgment is.

Pressure isn’t breaking leadership. It’s distorting it.

One of the most common frustrations I hear from business owners is this:

“I’m doing the work… but clients still hesitate.”

They ask for more information.
They negotiate.
They say they’ll “think about it”.

So the usual advice appears:

Raise your prices.
Invest more money.
Increase visibility.
Take bigger risks.
