You probably saw my profile picture and thought “Wow must be nice looking that fit and great in a bikini.”
 
But I’ve been overweight and also struggled with eating disorders.
 
I was 3 stone too heavy, had a horrible image of myself, and ate food to deal with the stresses of life. Every time I looked in the mirror -- along with the rolls that hung around my midsection. I saw someone unhappy, unmotivated, and depressed.
 
Before this I had been a professional gymnast and was in the GB Team

Throughout the process of gymnastics due too poor coaching from a young age I picked up an eating disorder and suffered with anorexia as my coach bullied me about my weight

This was always a skeleton in my closet and why I ended up re-gaining a lot of weight when I finished gymnastics
 
When I realise what had happened I wasn’t going to give myself any excuses. I was committed.

And I would turn myself around to beat my eating disorder to show other women what can be done
 
I slowly got back into the gym and tried every diet under the sun to lose weight. Keto, IIFYM, Carb cycling. You name it ... I’ve tried it.
 
I learned a lot from all these diets, but the most important thing I learned...
 
Everybody’s body is different and responds differently to foods and timings.
 
You need to find what works UNIQUELY for you!
 
After my personal transformation, things changed. Everywhere I went people greeted me with a smile, people wanted to be friends with me, invite me out to cool parties and events. My confidence skyrocketed and I felt amazing.
 
I understand what it’s like working long hours, giving it everything at work, and coming home so exhausted so all you do is binge on Netflix and eat junk food.
 
That’s why during the time I was working when I left gymnastics I started an online fitness coaching program to help time limited professionals achieve the physical transformations they want.
 
And to date, I’ve helped over 500 people lose weight and achieve the bodies they’re looking for all over the world
 
Oh, and if you think all I eat is broccoli, chicken, and brown rice - wrong, think again. I still enjoy pasta, cake, and ice cream.
 
My life is incredible now. I wake up as soon as the alarm rings (no more snoozing) because I truly enjoy helping and seeing the physical and mental transformations in all my clients.
