To this day, I’ve built 20+ tech ventures, driven by curiosity and a passion for turning my ideas into reality.

It all started when I was just a kid, building computers with my dad and figuring out how technology could solve problems.

At 17, I launched my first startup and learned early on what it takes to build, adapt, and keep moving forward.

Since then, I’ve worked across industries, like mobility, fintech, cyber security, and more—constantly challenging myself to find better ways to create value.

Today, I lead DECAID Group, a community-based company group at the forefront of generative AI innovation.

I’ve always believed AI would completely reshape how we work, and DECAID is set to guide companies through that transformation.

...studierte Maschinenbau, bevor er in einem Wärmetechnik-Startup arbeitete. Später entwickelte er Medizinalprodukte von der Idee bis zur Markteinführung und leitete Produktentwicklungsteams im Dental-, Medizinal-, Uhren- und Schmuckbereich in einem KMU. Er ist Autor mehrerer Patente und als Redner und Fachreferent zu Innovationsmanagement und Open Innovation unterwegs. Heute trägt er in der PostFinance, als Leiter VNTR I Innovation & Venturing, unter anderem die Verantwortung für das Innovieren in Zukunftsthemen und fördert die Erschliessung von Wissen und neuen Geschäftsmodellen durch finanzielle Beteiligungen in Startups mit dem Corporate Venturing Capital-Team der PostFinance. Er sitzt im Verwaltungsrat des Startups Tilbago, an welchem die PostFinance finanziell beteiligt ist und eine digitale, automatisierte Betreibungsplattform bietet. Im Weiteren ist er Mitglied im Vorstand des Cardossier-Vereins, welcher sich zum Ziel gesetzt hat, den Auto-Lebenszyklus in der Schweiz zu digitalisieren.
