•	Install and troubleshoot classroom audio-visual [A/V] technology problems at USU. Equipment includes data projectors, projection screens, VCR/DVD players, ampliﬁers and speakers, and various A/V cables (HDMI, VGA, etc.). 
•	Collaborate with faculty and staff to help them use audio-visual equipment in their classrooms and set up A/V equipment for various college events and programs. 
•	Check on A/V equipment and go to classrooms on an on-call basis.
•	Clean/maintain existing A/V equipment in classrooms/labs.
