in 12/21 I was title promoted to Executive Assistant to the General Manager VP of OSD 

•	Created & Implemented Quarterly Team Excellence awards for team members and managers to nominate and appreciate each other’s hard work and dedication
•	Maintained upmost trust and discretion around sensitive materials and the pulse of the team
•	Responsible for sustaining a supportive, uplifting community vibe through activities, appreciation, meeting with the team, and advocating as a nonbiased party between the team and top management
•	Setup streamlined processes to help business execution 
•	Helped Plan, participate in, and execute a widely successful Private booth at the OFC tradeshow and managed the complete customer schedule
•	High Level Annual Operations Planning involvement and execution
•	Complete building and space management for our site including supplies, facilities, fixing issues, etc.

•	Supporting 4 Vice Presidents and their Senior Directors, including 2 local product groups of around 200+ employees each
•	Complete calendar management, travel arrangement, and expense reporting for 4 executives, majority management for 7 executives total
•	Arrange Interviews (often with travel) for over 177 candidates, and have completely onboarded 100 employees to date (04/2019)
•	New College Graduate program Liaison for Display Sector focusing on integration and welcoming of new college graduates into the workforce of Applied Materials.
•	Cohosted informal college recruiting event resulting in over 100 attendees and 80 resumes to review for potential group hires.
•	Responsible for all logistics for customer and supplier meetings - also including handling confidential information and NDA's between Applied and the other
•	Event coordination of both on/off site events and parties for groups of 300+ people, which includes facilities set up, catering, invitations, etc.
•	Responsible for compilation of monthly end of business report prior to submission to higher management.
•	Executor of on-boarding activities within group including managing cube locations, completing the computer and phone registration, and ordering equipment before their arrival.

Administrative Assistant

Peet's Coffee & Tea

•	One of five members of the management team with a staff of 20 employees, responsible for running shift, beginning/end of day workflow, financial reporting, and analytics.
•	In charge of seasonal promotions and store merchandise transition, implementing new marketing strategies, rotating store merchandise to refresh customer engagement, and managing products through weekly inventory control counts. 
•	Ensured customer satisfaction through quality control, suggesting promotional items, resolving customer complaints, and directing them to the online customer survey tool.
•	Supported a multicultural customer base using three different types of communication management (Face-to-face, Phone, Email).
•	Owner of weekly customer survey analytical report read by all local and regional management. Directly implemented new procedures to drive overall customer satisfaction from 66% to 85% in 3 months.
•	Assured consistency of new hire and veteran employee training through coaching, active listening, and clear communication in order to promote them using best practices and delivering superior products to our customers.

•	First line of interaction with guests entering the ballpark.
•	Assist guests with locating other staff or park departments.
•	Monitor all fans participating in activities, games, and contests.
•	Aided in distribution of promotional items and contest registrations.
