Working within the Division of International Finance supporting recruiting, onboarding, strategic planning, workforce planning, conference management, change management, and professional development.

Program Management Analyst

Current Change Manager for cross-functional cloud technology adoption programs. Responsible for:

1. Building change awareness and desire for change across 20+ stakeholder groups.

2. Overseeing and creating 30+ program communications per month, including website, newsletter, official messaging, presentations, and announcements to keep stakeholders informed and prepared.

Senior Business Relationship Manager

Led programs programs directly helping chapters to optimize the way they do business as an internal consultant providing project management, strategic planning and process improvement expertise.  Accomplishments in this role include:

1. Developing and distributing strategic planning tools to chapters and acting as an internal consultant to inform the development of chapter strategic plans. 

2. Leading Segmentation analysis within five chapters, determining differences in giving behavior within these chapter's regions to inform targeted fundraising and marketing strategies. 

3. Creating an impact analysis and forecasting tool used by chapters to analyze the impact of COVID-19 on multi-year goals program and financial goals.

Senior Business Manager, Chapter Advancement

I worked in a dual-role as a project manager and a strategic planning consultant.  A few accomplishments in this role included:

1. Creating and rolling out our first Enterprise-wide Strategic Plan, including setting strategic pillars, initiatives, plan KPIs and action plans.  

2. Leading our first Enterprise Segmentation project, defining five key customer segments to drive marketing and fundraising strategies through digital, direct mail and DRTV channels. 

3. Launched an optimized solution distributing donation data to internal customers, enhancing donor stewardship efforts and making the month end financial reconciliation process more streamlined.

Project and Strategic Planning Manager

L3 Technologies

I led cross-functional work teams to design, build, and test space and military qualified telecoms equipment for domestic and international customers.  Accomplishments in this role include:

1. Increasing the net profit margin on a customer test program by 20% resulting in an additional $1M profit by implementing manufacturing changes that reduced product failures by 50%.  

2. Capturing 100% on-time deliveries for International space programs on >$10M in program value. 

3. Created standardized program management processes for entire PMO. 

4. Oversaw entire program life cycle of 20+ active programs including product design, parts acquisition, vendor management, product manufacturing and test, customer buy-off and warranty period management.

Program Manager

I worked on the product engineering team building military qualified circuit breakers and switchgear.  In this role, I:

1. Performed product design, failure analysis and BOM generation using Solidworks for multiple circuit breaker housings prior to military qualification.

2. Led the proposal development for a 10 year, $15M program, including product specification review, program plan development, and financial analysis.
