I dealt with the design of steel/aluminum frames and plastic products, as well as the realization of equipment and prototypes, for the production of quadricycles drivable without a license (minicar).

• implemented Lean Manufacturing concepts to drive continuous improvement and process improvement, in particular, optimizing the work cycle of the Ducati Monster rear swingarm with a 3% cost reduction
• established, maintained, and improved processes for Operator Standard Work and Labor routings, and other related technical input and documentation, in particular, optimized cycle times for all welded parts in production with a reduction ranging from 7% to 18%
• tutored a graduating student at the Polytechnic of Bari for a thesis with a company internship on the optimization of welding parameters in aluminum alloy applications on motorcycle components.

MY PROFESSIONAL HISTORY
Since I was a child, I have always been attracted by two things: how objects worked, at that time toys, which I systematically disassembled and reassembled or modified, and football, where I soon became the captain and coach of the team in the neighborhood where I lived.
Guess what I became when I grew up? Not a soccer champion.
Indeed, I graduated in Mechanical Engineering and managed to build 20+ years of work experience always exceeding expectations in performance evaluation. In addition, for more than 10 years, I've managed engineers, taking responsibility for achieving high-level performance through sharing knowledge and experience.
