Mitch Gerber has spent more than 10 years in collegiate sports helping leverage some of the nations premier brands including Virginia Tech Athletics, Penn State University, the University of Florida, the Big 12 Conference, and more. From 2018 to 2022, Mitch operated as the On-Air Talent/Feature Content Producer with Penn State Athletics where he was tasked with covering 31 premier sports. Prior to his time in Happy Valley, Mitch was the On-Air Talent for the University of Florida, the Big 12 Conference, and Iowa State Athletics. Mitch’s innovative mindset has helped him reach over 100 million people throughout his career. He’s responsible for launching more than 30 live shows that aired across multiple verified team accounts and regional TV outlets. His work has been featured on the SEC Network, Big Ten Network, FS1, and multiple Fox Sports regional properties. Mitch has also spent time in the private sector with J1S and LDWW.

Riley McConnell, a current senior at Prosper High School, is deeply engaged in career-oriented coursework, with a focus on sports and creative media.

Currently, Riley serves as the Head of Operations and team photographer for the varsity football and baseball teams, offering invaluable media support and behind-the-scenes assistance, along with photo and video work for other teams in the PHS Athletic department. Additionally, she holds the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Eagle Nation Online/Times, the school newspaper, where she previously served as Sports Editor.

Over the past three years, Riley has diligently cultivated her personal photography brand, known as '@rileymcphotos', showcasing her diverse skills and interests. Known around the district and town for her work, she has grown her brand to more than just a business. 

Currently enrolled in her second year of the Prosper Career Independent Study program, Riley prioritizes mentorship and expanding her network within the industry. Studying with a focus on sport media production, she aligns her everyday work with diving deeper into the industry.

In the fall of 2024, Riley will commence her academic journey at Texas Tech University, pursuing a degree in Creative Media Industries at the Communications and Media College, with a minor in Sport Management.
