Mitch Gerber has spent more than 10 years in collegiate sports helping leverage some of the nations premier brands including Virginia Tech Athletics, Penn State University, the University of Florida, the Big 12 Conference, and more. From 2018 to 2022, Mitch operated as the On-Air Talent/Feature Content Producer with Penn State Athletics where he was tasked with covering 31 premier sports. Prior to his time in Happy Valley, Mitch was the On-Air Talent for the University of Florida, the Big 12 Conference, and Iowa State Athletics. Mitch’s innovative mindset has helped him reach over 100 million people throughout his career. He’s responsible for launching more than 30 live shows that aired across multiple verified team accounts and regional TV outlets. His work has been featured on the SEC Network, Big Ten Network, FS1, and multiple Fox Sports regional properties. Mitch has also spent time in the private sector with J1S and LDWW.

Alongside Olympian-level coaching and athlete development, I lead brand strategy, business operations, partnerships, and creative direction to position ORO as a gold standard for the next generation.

At ORO, we’re more than a fencing club — we’re redefining what it means to train, compete, and belong. From youth development to college prep and Olympic-level training, our mission is to elevate the sport while cultivating a powerful, inclusive community on and off the piste.

At Sony Music / Ceremony of Roses, I served on the partnerships team, securing new business opportunities and collaborating closely with designers to develop merchandise collections and build comprehensive line sheets. I led the creative direction for content and marketing initiatives, overseeing the execution of product drops across social media, email, and digital platforms to ensure cohesive, on-brand, and culturally relevant campaigns. I've worked on accounts including but not limited to Taco Bell, Dua Lipa, Madison Beer, A Tribe Called Quest, Daft Punk, and Zach Bryan.
