Sportif de (presque) haut-niveau :

Je me suis lancé le challenge de m'entraîner comme un sportif de haut-niveau au 400m haies en optimisant divers paramètres de ma préparation (entraînement, nutrition, récupération, sommeil, mental).


L'objectif ? 

Améliorer mes chronos sur les prochaines années. Et pourquoi pas viser les Jeux de LA2028 si j'arrive à courir dans les 52...' d'ici 2026.

Ce défi est aussi en lien avec ma prochaine grande aventure entrepreneuriale : lancer une solution dans la santé préventive / longévité. Stay tuned!
