I am in charge of generating visibility for the company, which deals with healthy and tasty farm-to-table products, placing it on the same level as the consumer, creating advertising campaigns on social media to increase product sales and to raise awareness of the services offered by the company itself. I keep in touch with both customers and suppliers via e-mail and I am responsible for sales, both on-site and online. Finally, I also take care of the exposure of the products following the process from start to finish.

I dealt with the online sales. I devised and developed sales strategies to achieve goals, monitoring the entire sales process within the company, from the moment when the product was placed on the company’s platform, to when the customer ordered an item until the time of shipment. In addition to sales management, I also edited product and service catalogs, I kept in touch with the suppliers and the shippers and I communicated with the customers in order to resolve problems that could have emerged during the process of sale.
