I’m Miro, and I’m writing from Milano, Italy. 
I have almost 20 years of experience in software development, and as an entrepreneur, I have created successful IT companies where I'm in touch with great and talented colleagues.

After doing enterprise software for so many years, I was letterly thrilled when I discovered WEB3 and specifically what decentralization can bring to us and how it can disrupt monopolies created by big organizations and tech companies.

I specialized in online communication and digital marketing through courses funded by the company itself. I then began to put into practice all the notions acquired as I went along, gaining experience directly in the field and adding new knowledge to my cultural background day by day. I mainly take care about the communication of clients in the web3 sector and decentralized fintech projects, given the great passion I have for blockchain technology and the skills I have been self-taught in this field since early 2020.

During my position as an electronics technician, I learned in depth about the functioning of hosiery machines, performing maintenance and service activities both on-site and at customer sites. This job allowed me to improve and leverage my problem solving skills, from troubleshooting to testing focused on implementing improvements on the machines, both from an electronic and IT point of view, as well as for the electromechanical compartment. I have also enhanced my relationship and mediation skills through contact with customers, both in person and remotely.

I started my working journey as a programmer for industrial automation and, after some years working in that field, I decided to explore new areas.

I then started studying marketing and communication and decided to specialize in social media marketing.
In 2020, while I was still doing my previous job, I started working in MultiLumix, a communication and software development agency based in Italy, which I'm running with my other co-founders. 
I started in the role of Social Media Manager, Copywriter and Content Creator for companies in Italy and abroad.

But my curiosity and passion for the unknown is always stronger than me, so I also approached the blockchain technology, studying everything I could about decentralized finance and web3 in the same year.
Now I work more specifically in this sector, offering my skills to various Web3 and DeFi projects across multiple chains, and to my own ventures of course.

I love being part of the innovation, just as much as I love to meet people from everywhere and find ways to cooperate and share value. This is the spirit which brought me where I am now and continues pushing me even further.
