Hey, I’m Santi 👋🏻

I’m a Product Manager and Product Operations Lead with 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS. I’ve worked across Customer Success, Quality Assurance, Operations, and Product Management - which means I don’t just understand the product world, I’ve lived it from multiple angles. This helps me build with empathy and a deep understanding of cross-functional teamwork.

I care deeply about getting to the root of problems, making things better, and helping others do their best work. Whether I’m launching impactful features (like the “Breaks” product release that addressed 100+ customer asks), or building strategic tools (like a ProdOps dashboard that has become a pillar in data strategy), I focus on work that drives meaningful outcomes across customers, business, and teams.

What I’m known for:
• Seeing the bigger picture and still being able to sweat the details.
• Building processes and tools that actually help teams.
• Leading with empathy, positivity, and calm in the messy middle.
• Creating momentum, even when things are ambiguous.
• Smiles - because humans are talented and we do amazing things together  

Outside of my full-time work, I love to contribute to the product community in my free time;
• Co-host of "The Product Pivot" podcast, where we share real stories to help people find their path into tech.
• Co-founder of Prodfolio, a platform to help PMs tell their story beyond a resume. 
• Mentor aspiring PMs and curious minds exploring product careers.

A couple of fun facts about me: I have a strong sweet tooth, love a good calendar, learning is my jam, and yes, I can shake my eyeballs (not sure how I figured that one out, but here we are!)

Well friends, today is the day. Prodfolio™ is officially live! 🎉 

It’s so surreal to see this come to life - what started as a regular conversation between myself and Meagan about showcasing work turned into something so real.

We knew there was a gap here, so as product people do… we set out to close it 😉

And it truly was a labour of love these past 9 months:
 • Hundreds of hours over nights and weekends
 • Countless (and I mean countless) messages between Meagan and me
 • Many conversations and feedback loops from absolutely fantastic people
 • Continuous experimenting, exploring, learning, and sometimes failing - refining as we go

We built Prodfolio to help Product Managers tell their story beyond a résumé, something that matters now more than ever.

Meagan and I often get asked a couple of similar questions:

- "How did you two meet?"
- "How did the podcast come to be?"

The TL;DR of these questions always amazes people too!
 - Meag and I have never met in person, but through LinkedIn. Virtual coffee style ☕ 
- During the virtual coffee, we realized the product community was missing something - a place to hear real stories from people who have transitioned into product and have honest conversations. Thus, The Product Pivot came to be!

Fast-forward some time, there was another gap that bubbled up. 

Meag was looking for a new role, and like the superstar she is, tried creating a professional portfolio to tell her story. 

The problem? She was spending ages hobbling together tools to create something... she didn't truly love. She didn't feel confident sharing it.

And of course, that got our gears turning. We realized there really wasn't a great way for PMs to tell their professional stories in a streamlined way (and it wasn't just Meag experiencing this problem).

Fast forward to today - we've officially launched Prodfolio™.
