I am well organized, energetic, and passionate about the work I do and the people I meet. I desire to create change for good and help others do the same. I am always looking to improve and challenge myself by doing new, scary, self-improving things. I am passionate about making a more inclusive workforce where everyone feels safe and heard.

I am ecstatic about getting to know and assisting employees in any way possible, so they can be the best employee they can be. I love being proactive by creating new and improved policies, getting to the root causes of operational issues, and helping out wherever my skills are needed.

My skills include remote work, insane organizational skills, employee engagement, communication, new hire onboarding, all things compliance, and humor!

When not working and pursuing new relationships, I am training in the gym to be stronger and healthier, spending time outdoors, traveling the world learning new cultures, eating fabulous food, and perfecting the tastiest drink alongside friends and family.
