Hi, I’m Angela!👋🏻 I’ve been a writer for as long as I could hold a pencil. I’m happiest when I’m building relationships, empowering others, or cuddling with my dog, Elle Jae. I’ve explored 33 countries so far and am always planning my next adventure.✈️

My LinkedIn journey began in 2022 when I was looking for a career change. In just 6 months, I grew an organic following of 15,000, and within 3 years I had built a community of 50,000. My personal brand opened countless doors and ultimately gave me the confidence to leave corporate life and launch my own business in the summer of 2025.🥳

I started my career in education, teaching for 8 years and even helping establish an international school in the Netherlands, where I lived for 2 years. From there, I pivoted into tech, spending 3 years in various B2B SaaS marketing roles before taking the leap into entrepreneurship.

Now I help founders, executives, and small business owners turn LinkedIn into a growth engine by building authority, thought leadership, and visibility to scale their businesses.📈

LinkedIn changed my life. Today, I pay it forward by helping business leaders build their own brands rooted in storytelling and relationships through 1:1 coaching, ghostwriting, and team workshops.

I work 1:1 with all my clients.

I personally consult with and write for each one. Nothing gets delegated and no one gets passed off to someone else. When you work with me, you actually work with me.

And I love it. Because I've built something that's completely MINE.

Every client relationship, every piece of content, every strategy session has my fingerprints all over it.

That matters to me.

I have zero interest in scaling for the sake of it or building a team because that's what entrepreneurs are "supposed" to do.

I'm not building an empire. I'm building a life that I actually WANT to live.

To me, that’s what success and “making it” are all about.

2026 is my first full year in business. And I’m all in!! I’m so excited for what’s ahead.

Last week, I paid someone to do something I probably could’ve done myself.😅

My taxes.

Normally, I just file them myself using TurboTax. Easy.

But 2025 was a little different.

I worked a W2 job for the first 7 months of the year… and then launched my own business at the end of August.

So I figured it was worth getting some professional help this time around. I’d hate to mess something up and then get audited.🫠

Sure, I probably could have still filed them myself. But I’m really glad I didn’t.

Because the CPA didn’t just file my taxes.

We talked about small business finances and best practices. He answered a lot of questions I didn’t even know I should be asking yet.

And that alone made it worth the investment.

Sometimes you’re not paying for someone to do something you can’t do. You’re paying for their experience, perspective, and guidance.

So this week I’m making a couple of big moves:
• Changing my tax status from sole proprietorship to S-Corp (woooo!🥳) • Moving off spreadsheets and onto actual accounting software (guess I’m a real business owner now)

2026 is my first full year in business.🤩

And while it’s a little scary living in the unknown and not knowing exactly how much revenue you’ll make…

It’s also REALLY exciting.

I want to see just how far I can take this.👀

6 months ago, I launched my own business.
On August 25, 2025.🗓️

And I’m a big believer in building in public.
So here goes nothing!👇

4 years ago, I was just getting started on LinkedIn. I had less than 500 connections, an outdated profile, and NO IDEA what I was doing.😅

But I was determined to leave teaching and start a new career. So I did. 

I built my personal brand from scratch and it completely changed my life:
→ Grew to 15K followers organically in 6 months (54K+ in 4 years)
→ Landed 3 full-time job offers within 100 days of quitting teaching
→ Secured freelance work, podcast features, speaking gigs, and paid brand partnerships

Now, I’m running my own business with all inbound clients:
✔️ 7 speaking engagements
✔️ $33,000 in revenue
✔️ 3 live brand deals
✔️ 18 clients

If you would’ve told me a year ago that I’d be an entrepreneur, I would’ve said “nah.”

Looking forward to the next 6 months.
Anything is possible.
