You and your co-founder can build a lot of familiarity just by engaging with the posts and comments from your target customers.

If you do this right, they will, in turn, comment on you and your co-founder’s posts, which then leads to more inbound leads if your content speaks to them.

3) Outbound section

Time to enter the DM and play the warm outbound game.

They have seen your content
They have seen your comments

Maybe for 2 weeks, and now if you send a message, they're more likely to reply, and that might lead to booked meetings.

I spent an hour reading call center Reddit threads.

30–45% annual attrition in phone sales. 20–40% afternoon output decline.

Every year. Every floor. Industry-wide.

If a manufacturing plant lost 35% of its operators annually and produced 25% less output after lunch, the operation would be shut down.

In phone sales, it gets a line item in the budget.
