How I see this award as validation, not a victory lap
This week I found out I was selected as a 2025 Marquis Who’s Who Honored Listee.
I’ll be honest… sharing this feels a little awkward.
 I never got into recruiting to collect badges.
For me, this is less about an “honor” and more about quiet validation that the work has mattered:
The Facebook group I started so recruiters could get real, kind feedback on their resumes.
The hours spent writing The AI Recruiter and The AI Analyst so people could use AI without losing their voice.
The messages from recruiters who say, “Your post helped me land an interview,” or “That AI workflow gave me my evenings back.”
Those moments are the real award.
 This badge just reminds me to keep going.
