He guided the company to a significant milestone of $25M in revenue for 2022. This result was a testament to the commitment and strategic agility of the team at Recruiter.com, which now serves hundreds of clients and has a community of over 3 million social media members.

Miles led expansion by strategically acquiring relevant players in the job board, HR, recruiting, staffing, and RPO industries, including Mediabistro, Scouted, OneWire, Recruiting Social, and Novo Group. He has facilitated various investment rounds, partnering with angel investors, private equity, hedge funds, and investment banking institutions to ensure the sustainable growth of Recruiter.com.

A bit about me:
I was born and raised in Prague, Czech Republic, and came to the U.S. after being recruited to play Division I basketball. After earning my bachelor’s degree, I didn’t want to leave the States, so I applied for an OPT visa and landed a job as an agency recruiter. I spent six years in that role, gaining valuable experience, navigating multiple visas, and eventually obtaining my Green Card.

I’m passionate about helping job seekers, especially international students, because I know how challenging the process can be.

In my free time, I love to travel. I’ve been to 25+ countries and counting! Some of my favorites include Bali, Thailand, the French Riviera, and Key West, FL. I’m also a huge foodie and love all Asian cuisine and seafood.

This role is responsible for accurately and timely processing biweekly payroll and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The Sr. Payroll Analyst maintains confidential payroll records, partners with HR and other departments, and supports process improvements to ensure efficiency and excellent service.

We believe work should fit your life, not the other way around. Our hybrid schedule includes two days on site in our Albany office, with the flexibility to work remotely the remaining days. Spend less time commuting and more time focusing on meaningful work or personal priorities. 
Core hours are 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, including a 1-hour lunch, for a 37.5-hour week.
