I have over 10 years of experience in B2B/SaaS marketing, with a focus on creating and executing scalable content programs that generate demand, pipeline, and revenue.

I have a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns and projects for complex and technical products, such as predictive maintenance, ERP, shipping, and online collaboration platforms.

My current position is Head of Marketing, Senseye Predictive Maintenance.

😍 Time for things that usually get pushed aside
😍 Learning something new
😍 Cooking courses (my personal fav)
😍 Being present without watching the clock.

That extra day creates space, not slack. And when life fits better around work, work tends to get better too.

A 4-day week only really works if you use the time intentionally.

And today I used the time to make jerk chicken 😁 Time well spent wouldn’t you say?

I’ve noticed a strange imbalance in how I worry.

I’ll overthink small, everyday things:

😫 The wording of a message
😫 The timing of a follow-up
😫 A decision that won’t matter in six months

But when it comes to bigger, bolder moves ,the ones that could actually change things, I’m often calmer than I expect.

For example, accepting invites to present at events (despite being terriefied of public speaking) or expressing my marketing views when they don’t quite fit the norm.

I’m starting to think worrying is less about risk and more about what feels familiar.

So I’m sitting with this question lately:

Where am I being too careful and when I should be more brave?

Podcasts don’t need video.

But video can be a great addition when it’s done right.

What makes podcasts powerful is they fit into real life:

🚶 Walking
🚗 Driving
👨‍🍳 Cooking
🚆 Commuting

The risk isn’t adding cameras - it’s forgetting the listener.

When episodes rely on “what you can see on screen”, audio audiences get left behind.

The best podcasts still work with your eyes closed. 

If there’s video too? Bonus.

If you’re like me, you will “listen” to podcasts while doing something else:

📧 Emails
🚶 Walking
🚗 Driving
🧽 Tidying up

That kind of listening still has value.

It builds familiarity. It creates a sense of presence. It keeps a show top of mind.

But active listening is different.

That’s when an idea makes you pause what you’re doing.

You rewind 30 seconds and you think, “That’s actually useful”

The mistake we often make is judging podcasts as if all listening is active.

They’re not competing for full attention like a book or a keynote.

They’re competing to earn moments of attention inside busy lives.

The best podcasts understand this:

💡 Clear ideas
👂 Repetition that reinforces (not bores)
📢 Moments that cut through the noise

So maybe the real question isn’t:

Are people listening closely?

But:

Did we give them a reason to? 🤔

There are more great podcasts than ever.

But the scarcest resource isn’t content — it’s attention.

I’ve started a 30-day podcast listening & learning sprint focused on my personal development.

The rule is simple: Listen intentionally, not endlessly.

Instead of chasing every episode, I now:

✅ Listen to fewer shows
✅ Have clear listening goals
✅ Write down one takeaway per episode
✅ Apply it before moving on

Listening to podcasts to self-educate only creates value when learning turns into action.

Otherwise, they’re just noise in a busy week.

For the past few years, I have been meditating daily on and off.

Until recently, I used to think meditation needed the perfect slot.

Quiet room. Set time. Zero interruptions.

However as we all know, real life doesn’t work like that.

I still meditate in the evening before bed, but during the day, I take it wherever I can get it:

🧘‍♂️ 3 minutes between meetings
🧘‍♂️ A pause before opening my laptop
🧘‍♂️ Standing in the kitchen waiting for the kettle
🧘‍♂️ A few breaths before replying instead of reacting

It turns out consistency matters more than conditions.

Meditation doesn’t have to be a ceremony.

Sometimes it’s just choosing awareness over autopilot — whenever there’s an opening.
