I have over a decade of experience working in customer service and recently made a career change to Information Technology and Cybersecurity. 
I enjoy problem-solving, finding solutions to various challenges, and deep-dive analysis. I enjoy learning new things and collaborating with others, more sets of eyes are better than one!

I currently have CompTIA's Security+ certification and have hands-on experience working with various cybersecurity tools used in a SOC environment.
