Linux Administrator for Rackspace International. I provide support Rackspace’s entire suite of Cloud offerings, including Linux and Windows Cloud Servers, Load Balancers, Databases, DNS, and CDN's. Support is provided via live chat, phone, and tickets. Typical support requests involve answering questions and guiding customers through using the products, advising customers on best practices as well as troubleshooting various issues. At Stouts Pizza, my primary role was to operate and manage the company's food truck. Each day, I would prepare all the food needed for the day's events. Drive the truck to the destination, and then deliver amazing, hand-tossed, made-to-order pizza. The locations varied from local Tech Companies, to Wineries in the Texas Hill Country. All pizzas were baked to order, on demand, so each pizza would come out perfect. I was also responsible for coordinating food orders, scheduling with locations, and even truck repairs. I also helped to promote the Stouts Pizza Brand, and help propel them to greatness.

I would on-board new customers, and learn about their businesses and projects. I was selected to pilot projects created to improve customer's on-boarding experiences. This later developed into a full department of customer on-boarding.
