Responsible for Go-to-Market of new offerings and solutions, this 'special projects' role saw me driving revenue for new products (AI/ML) across the business globally whilst leading cross-functional efforts relating to commercial and product strategy.

I was also a regular public speaker, panelist and compère around the topics of eCommerce, Analytics, Sales and Data at conferences and tradeshows, both physical and virtual.

Originally hired as an IC to spearhead Adverity's push to grow revenues with Enterprise brands in EMEA.

Reporting into the VP of Sales directly, I 'self-onboarded' into the business, setting my own operating cadence and independently followed the MEDDICC sales framework as I developed my own pipeline and process.

After a successful first year growing this segment myself, I assumed the role of a player/coach; recruiting and training a team of 6 (3 AEs, 3 SDRs) to expand our marketshare further. This saw me co-piloting enterprise deals, coordinating and executing outreach campaigns as well as running my own pipeline and assuming responsibility for the team's.

Over two years, this role also involved a lot of cross-functional collaboration with marketing, pre-sales, product and partnerships to better position Adverity's analytics solution against the pains and problems of this relatively new market / buying audience.
