Now a bit about me: 

I'm a proud Mancunian, living on one of my favourite islands... Ibiza! 🇬🇧 ✈️ 🇪🇸 

For the last 25 years, I’ve mostly worked in sales, from door to door, to telesales and then into management where I’ve been proud to turn underperforming teams into top performing teams. I've worked in telecoms, marketing, financial services and more recently tech (SaaS). 

Over the years, I’ve also done stints in customer service where I’ve gone around the business looking at how different back-office functions can perform better, through a mixture of recruitment, staff training, new business processes or even new technology. I've created new roles and new teams that have gone on to make huge differences within the businesses. 

As you can see, from creating winning sales teams to fixing broken processes, my journey's been as varied as a British summer - which is why I packed my bags & jetted off! 💼 ✈️ ☀️ 

When I’m not working, you can find me in the following places... 

🏖 On the beach. 
💃 On the dance floor.
📚 With my head in a good book. 
🐶 Mooching around Ibiza with my dog. 
🧠 Learning new skills (more recently marketing).

Michele Fleming-Anwar

I am a UK qualified lawyer who has extensive IT, Telecommunications, Outsourcing and commercial experience. 
Throughout my career to date, I have operated for both large corporate organisations and for private/new start up SME’s largely within the Information Technology and Telecommunication sectors.  I have operated across EMEA for both Customer and Supplier and in all roles have been responsible for a broad range of skill and knowledge based services over a variety of legal and commercial documentation that is entered into and responsible for the processes around preparing, supporting and closing negotiations and transactions, especially Information Technology and Data Management Arrangements, Outsourcing Services contracts, Managed Services and supporting Supply and Software, Hardware and System Integration Agreements.  Particular skills:
Executive sponsorship of large deals
Leadership of large dispersed commercial and  legal teams 
Hands on deal shaping, negotiation and closure
Contract drafting, negotiation/renegotiation and turnaround

I have established my own limited company, RJB Legal and Commercial Services Ltd to enable the option of offering my legal and commercial services through such an alternative. Through the company, one can continue to provide expert advice to the legal and commercial market. Services include but not limited to advice to both vendors and customers regarding tendering, qualification, risk assessment, scope definition, change and contract management, disputes management, Service Level design and monitoring.
