I’ve been floating about on here for 10+ years. 
And I just crossed 13K followers, so it feels like a good moment to (re)introduce myself.

I’m Mike, a 44-year-old consultant helping other consultants build simpler, more scalable businesses, born in Poland - where winters are long, people are direct, and resilience is kind of built into the culture.

This is my story so far

2006: Built a career in corporate as a lawyer, fraud investigator, and consultant inside large organizations 
2016: Left Poland and moved to Canada with imperfect English and a lot to prove 
2017: Burned out hard and walked away from corporate life without a clear plan 
2017–2020: Built and scaled multiple agencies across different countries and learned that “bigger” doesn’t always mean “better” 
2021: Shifted into solo consulting and started helping experts productize their work and scale without building teams 
Today: Running programs, workshops, and advisory helping consultants simplify their offers, redesign delivery, and scale with fewer, better clients

And that's only half of it.

I'm also here to help consultants turn messy services into clear offers, scalable delivery models, and predictable client growth.

PS - What’s one belief about scaling consulting that you think is complete nonsense?

With a bachelor's degree in life sciences and education and  a master's in English, the only option was to be a teacher. I worked for 15 years as a teacher in various schools where I realized that even this profession is full of stress and workload.

Finding it difficult to cope with the pressure and strike a balance between work and home, I decided to quit.

Most women do this when they feel their family needs them more.

But what after that? After your kids grow and don't need you much or leave for higher studies, you find yourselves in emptiness. Kids gone, work gone, confidence gone, self-esteem gone and health gone too.

This is where I come into the picture. Even if you are still working you would be experiencing side effects of work-related issues by now--

*back and neck pain
*mental burnout
*concentration and memory issues
*hormonal imbalances
*musculoskeletal pains
*mood swings
*menopausal issues
*high blood pressure
*diabetes etc.
All these issues are enough to ruin one's quality of life.

So girl, don't surrender, don't give up, don't lose hope!

With the intervention of a yogic lifestyle, you can not only reclaim your happiness and take control of your life, but you can also lead a more meaningful and holistic life. Many issues can be reversed and many can be managed.
