Job Responsibilities: Spearheading the management of a dynamic team of 14 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) from India and APAC, including Head Count Planning, Recruitment, Enablement and Performance Management.
Creating content repository on Outreach, evaluating and implementing newer tech stacks that can add value to the team. 

Achievements: Averaging 100.41% across the entire year of 2023. Every individual team member averaging at 85% average in their tenure. Increased Closed Won Rates for 2023 by 80%. Decreased Sales Cycle by 30% by implementing better qualification and handover strategies.
