Senior Product Manager

Deel is the fastest growing HR Tech in the world. I was a product manager on the EOR (employer of record) product, which is key in both Deel's strategy and revenue.

Successfully worked on features to optimize processes such as ending contracts, benefits , time off and  expenses management on a global level. Those enabled greater efficiency and consequent scale and profitability to the EOR business unit.

We also improved the satisfaction levels of some of our main features, such as time off management and employee's contract ending. (CSAT jumped from 60% to 90%)

OLX Brasil

OLX is one of Brazilian most used websites/apps. It works as a classifieds page and marketplace in a broad list of categories, I worked at the real estate sector, working to improve both buyers and sellers experience. During that time frame I:
- Helped crafting strategy and building a new home financing product from scratch, which helps in transactions that sums 1.000.000+ of reais every month.
- Created, with the Verticals team, the video on ads feature, that was key for our clients business during the pandemic.
- Helped on delivering a better balance on the Real Estate category listing ranking.
-  Worked on other initiatives on the real estate category, that together, led us to increase real estate users' satisfaction.

Product Manager

Descomplica

Descomplica is one of the most relevant EdTechs in the brazilian market, reaching hundreds of thousands of students monthly. There I:
- Structured the CRO team's discovery and delivery processes, leading to a better team velocity and accuracy in experiments, which led to incremental conversion in landing pages and subsequent revenue growth. (more than 20 tests on 4 months with a good success rate)
- Worked heavily on creating trust and a good relationship with stakeholders.
