Manage RFP processes: Oversaw the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and close deals effectively.

Local strategy and marketing: Actively contributed to the local go-to-market strategy for the mid-market segment, working alongside marketing teams to tailor campaigns and outreach efforts to meet the unique needs of mid-market businesses in ANZ.

Senior Account Executive, where my responsibilities expanded significantly.

Net new business: Focused on driving new customer acquisition across the ANZ region, expanding Deel’s footprint with high-impact accounts - 168% attainment across QTR in seat.


Increased quota: Took on a larger sales target, managing a broader pipeline while delivering strong revenue growth.

Mentoring new team members: Played a key role in onboarding and mentoring junior AEs, sharing best practices and ensuring team success.

Senior Account Executive

As part of Deel’s ANZ go-to-market sales team, I was one of the first six Account Executives on the ground in the region, and I led SMB sales efforts in New Zealand for the first 14 months. Deel provided a user-friendly software solution that enabled businesses to effectively manage their remote, global workforce.
