As a self-proclaimed "Trusted Advisor," my approach is deeply rooted in my background in golf, a sport that has shaped my journey from a young age.

Growing up, high-performance sports were my passion, and I was fortunate to represent both my region and my country. At just 11 years old, I discovered my love for golf, which propelled me onto the international stage, allowing me to compete globally. 

Golf, much like recruitment, is an individual endeavour where mastery is never truly attained. Just as in recruitment, one's performance is judged on recent results, emphasizing the importance of continuous improvement and resilience.

The lessons learned on the golf course have been invaluable in my sales/recruitment career. Golf taught me the importance of dedication, incremental progress, and patience. It instilled in me the ability to focus on my personal goals while contributing effectively in team environments.
