• Support on the preparation, structuring and pitching of SOH, a system aimed at supporting Retailers through the whole customers' lifecycle
• Successfully landed, for the first time, smart Europe Aftersales products and services into new markets (Ireland, Finland, Greece)
• Bridging between Go-To-Market, Service Engineering, and Accounting to structure and launch the RMI program (Repair and Maintenance Information). The role, reporting to a different Head of - Service Engineering -, is focused on the business cases, contracts preparation, and pricing negotiation with 3rd parties
• Deal closing with new Data Reseller partners that are joining the RMI program
• Overall expected direct revenues 2024 contribution around 800k €
• Identification and elaboration, while hosting dedicated Workshops, of new business opportunities among Mobility, Digital, Financial, and Sustainability Services

DATA ANALYTICS BUSINESS OWNERSHIP
• Monthly Strategic Roundtable showcasing the main highlights from internal dashboards supporting the management to steer the aftersales business
• Ad-hoc analytics to identify risks and negative trends
• Project management (capacity planning and prioritization) of data engineering tasks

TEAM COORDINATION
