I have over 24 years' experience serving public charities, healthcare organizations, higher education institutions, and other nonprofit organizations, including those with international operations and alternative investment portfolios. I specialize in IRS tax controversies, tax-exemption matters, alternative investments, unrelated business income tax planning, private foundation excise taxes, ASC 740 (FIN 48) analysis, Forms 990, 990-PF, 990-T, 1023, 1024, foreign filings, and other nonprofit related Federal and state filings.
