As a Director of Robotic Testing for the Americas, I built a SAAS based Enterprise Sales organization that ramped sales from zero to one million in three quarters.
• Achieved $400K in sales of a startup business during the initial quarter, and accomplished 100% revenue objectives for three consecutive quarters.
• Designed enablement and GTM messaging as well as delivered training to a sales team of seven members.
• Established a dedicated team in 60 days to promote a new product with no revenue, enabling the team and I to qualify, and close deals totaling 400k within the first quarter of existence, 800k the second quarter and 1.2M the third quarter.

Information Builders

As a Director of OEM Sales Americas, I was promoted to solely build the OEM business.
After a successful year Tibco acquired the company and asked me to continue working in Director Position for Tibco.
I facilitated several companies to embed Information Builders Business Intelligence (BI) Technology while managing and strengthening new/existing OEM relationships.
To expand business coverage, I drove technology relationships.
To achieve the quota Y-o-Y, I drove key strategic accounts and finished second across five regions.

• Promoted from Regional Manager (2020 – 2021) due to exceptional leadership, sales outcomes, and subject matter expertise.
• Ranked as the number one Rep for selling the largest deal at Amdocs in company’s history, exceeding quota by 200% and then to 300%, and earning over $400k.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise

As an Area Director, I oversaw Enterprise Accounts NE Regions, including managing strategic account team in NE area.
We achieved pipeline growth of $20M and large wins by 200% after I mobilized the existing team around the custom-built dev-Ops message.
I planned and directed the unification of three regions into one and ensured retention of talent and business continuity, which led to acquiring significant enterprise sales wins worth $15M.
My key accomplishments include:
• Positioned the team as a top software team at HP, administering the largest HP customers with over $100M in hardware spend.
• Solely sold the largest SAAS deal valued at $3.2M in the US to AIG.
• Exceeded set sales plan by 140% and cloud business by over 200%.
• Secured Top Region ranking in the east in 2016.
• Accomplished multiple large wins at CITI, EY, AIG, CIGNA, S&P, CVS, and BONY.

Adaptive Insights

As an AVP Northeast Region, I governed all aspects of business in the Northeast region for a SaaS-based provider of CPM analytics.
I steered the development of coverage models while hiring, training, and guiding all salespeople, which ensured the achievement of set objectives.
I administered all deals with the associated strategy, sales, and forecasting as well as key partner relationship building.
My key accomplishments include:
• Restructured the sales team and coverage model, which facilitated revenue growth by 38%.
• Played a vital role in spearheading multiple six-figure first-year subscription licenses.
• Established enterprise business, achieved the largest growth and most revenue in the same quarter, and led the team to open a large number of new logos.
• Won employee of the first quarter due to exceptional sales performance.

Coverity

As an AVP Financial Services, I sold the largest deal to Bloomberg in Coverity's history, achieving over $2M with and penetrated into NYSE.
To facilitate the SaaS-based code quality-based analytics provider in North America, I delivered oversight for all aspects of the financial services vertical.
To improve revenue growth, I streamlined field sales, technical, and marketing activities while managing the team in day-to-day sales activities, strategies, negotiation, and closing.
For enhanced performance output, I hired, trained, and led all sales personnel.
My key accomplishments include:
• Secured 7 figure deals at NASDAQ, NYSE, and Bloomberg by developing relationships.
• Achieved 100% growth in new business within first year.

Oracle

As a Regional Director, I turned low-revenue accounts into high-worth strategic customers by collaborating with teams.
I played a vital role in spearheading Oracle's 7% business unit growth to 63% in the first year, 86% in the second year, and sustained 15% each year after that while selling the first high-end extreme processing system after Oracle purchased SUN.
I also administered sales groups in a complex matrix field model, while selling all technology and applications products analytics.
I planned and headed the transformation of the lowest revenue per sales head to the largest in two years.
