It’s one of those rare spaces where worlds truly collide - where you can meet global leaders, CEOs (as well as Justin Trudeau and Katy Perry in the same afternoon 😉), and then find yourself in thoughtful, grounded conversations about leadership, equality, power, and the future of work.

The Equality Lounge isn’t just about visibility – it’s about connection, substance, and opportunity. It creates an environment where meaningful exchanges happen naturally, across sectors, industries, and perspectives.

A big thank you to Shelley Zalis for hosting and for her visionary leadership, and to the entire Female Quotient team for building such an intentional and impactful space year after year. You truly set the benchmark for what inclusion can look like in practice.
