• Led Project Management and Product Management, including managing the product roadmap and development team

• Established and scaled the first defined customer support system and process which led to an average time to first response of under 30 mins for support tickets

As Operations Director, I worked across departments to implement multiple processes and systems. Those systems and processes include:

• Launched a new internal communication system that reduced internal email volume by 50%, increased collaboration with the remote workforce, and created the capacity to handle external communications more efficiently

• Deployed a new project management system that identified potential overlapping initiatives and allowed better allocation of resources

• New CRM was the first standardized pipeline and process, thereby combining data/information from multiple disparate systems into one unified system

Contributed expertise to successful product launches by educating the sales force about new products and creating product launch strategies. Successful projects included:
• Collaborated with the IT department to develop the company’s first-ever digital pitch book for 200+ products, providing 24x7 access to all company product information via sales reps’ tablet computers.

• Developed key account list for craft and import beer portfolio and provided account-level support, focused particularly on creating brand-specific promotions in the accounts.

I have lived and worked on three continents, speak Spanish fluently, and enjoy working with people across all different cultures and backgrounds. I have led a SaaS private equity-backed organisation as CEO, delivering procurement and supply chain digital training to over 250 blue-chip clients around the world. 

I started with Skill Dynamics - then known as SiPM - in 2013 as Managing Director – building our product from very early in its development. I created the Content function from its inception using the latest in learning technology. I have overseen the development of our technology to assess, deliver and demonstrate ROI through advanced analytics to our L&D clients. As CEO of Skills Dynamics, we disrupted the procurement and supply chain training industry, opening people’s eyes to the effectiveness of training practitioners digitally.

I am currently CEO at Acuity Risk Management - a publicly-traded Cyber Security Software firm.
