IT commodity broker UK US & EMEA ICs, CPUs & GPUs -  annual 9 figure sales (US$) per annum for half a decade. 

Achieved consultancy revenue of £400k year one which grew to £12.5M turnover (6 employees) within 9 years. 

Co-founder & pioneer biometric security/access control project with Bergdata AG.  The chip was gobbled up by ATMEL costing deals with Visa and Securicor (now G4S) on both access control and a secure payment solution branded ‘Fingermouse’

If we are to level up and have social justice we must end the waste of untapped talent we have in Britain. ReCognition Circular CIC Circular will do this by providing IT training to young people as well as making Birmingham and the wider West Midland's community more digitally inclusive. After a decade of working under the Paragon Certification Group banner, Global Quality Assurance broke away to develop and fund #ISOFlowandGo.   This will see a platform created to utilise both an Artificial Intelligence and Emotional intelligence based machine learning system to deliver continual improvement for Quality, Environmental, Health and Data Security standards based on the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). 

The project team included ISO expertise dating back to BS5750 days and a ‘tech’ resource that has driven 3 IPOs and more than a dozen exits in Tech Product, Service, infrastructure and Tech-enabled solutions.  The project saw the formation of GQA Online in 2021.

Built a distribution company from scratch and with just 50k Venture capital became Oxfordshire's most successful start-up. The vision was to create a one-stop shop for PC assemblers. We achieved 25% penetration of PC assemblers year one (conceived and developed the virtual cache 486-motherboard and took the I/O and video market by storm leading to the one-stop-shop distributor that caught the eye of Intel, Digital Research and Microsoft.  Personally hired and trained an enviable sales force, built credit lines with  Schroders (MMD with Intel & SGS support) Electron House PLC chairman (Bytech with Intel and  Microsoft support) and ASK Technology who expanded as a manufacturer tenfold in 18 months. Devised and successfully introduced several new products and solutions (and therefore brands) to the UK IT trade. Turnover of £18 million year one with a staff of 36 (GP of £1.8M) This was despite 1.1m exchange rate losses due to ERM  withdrawal (the Forex cover fell fell through and DK'd us) with expansion to two new premises during this time due to phenomenal growth that exceeded expectations. Oxfordshire's biggest  start up of the year was recognised by both Oxford Round table and Oxford Brookes University (offered  an Hon BSC in Economics for Entrepreneurship and Enterprise)

A Gentleman by name and nature I was the fire starter at Packard Bell, then moved on to inspire Ideal Hardware PLC and Datrontech HK (later PLC) as well as my own business from zero to 18m in year one by the age of 27 (which inspired Oxford Brookes to offer a degree). Regarded as a tech 'player' and consumer electronics entrepreneur (MP3 & MP4 pioneer along with some other products that make us think 'really' even though we bought one). Top 5 for storage, CPU and memory sales in EMEA for 10 year+ topping a $billion a year! Top salesman at every company I have owned or worked with/for. Former LEA Governor and NGFL influencer, Lincoln City Fundraiser of the year (2009) and New Football Pools Online Fanzine writer of the year (2009).

It’s not enough to obey, you must be seen obeying. When the latest Terms of Service update rolls out demanding access to your dreams, don’t just click Agree, make a TikTok, dancing while you sign your rights away!
Did you get the new Meta-Mandated Smart Glasses yet? Then do an unboxing video! Talk about how comforting it is to know that Mark Zuckerberg is always watching over you, keeping you safe from dangerous thoughts. Compliance is cool.

Rule 3,  Be the Community Moderator
The most valuable Ambassadors are the ones who police their peers. If you see someone posting misinformation (anything that contradicts the daily briefing from influencer HQ) or expressing anti-social sentiments (ie wanting to own physical property), it is your duty to flag them.

Think of it as a digital neighborhood watch. By reporting the non-compliant semi citizens , you boost your own Loyalty Score. It’s a win-win! (and a win for YOUR UBI) #Goal Achieving Preferred Tenant Status

Bread, Circuses the Infinite Scroll and a daily dose of AI slop to  keep  our chins up during endtimes capitalism.  Hats off and a huge thank you to Meta and OpenAI who have discovered something they feel  will benefit mankind. Why control a population with force when you can control them with fun?

President Trump and the cartel  behind him  realised that the Roman Emperors invented Bread and Circuses to keep the masses fed and distracted so they wouldn't notice the Empire was crumbling. The US Empire is currently  at  stage 5,  with stage 6, its reserve currency  crumbling, happening as we speak. Fear not our salvation is on the way.

You see in the Digital Feudal Matrix age of abundance, the Bread is your UBI, and the Circus is the Algorithm. All the world's your stage and a Dopamine Cage. You don't need chains when you have 15-second viral videos. You don't need prison walls when the Meta glasses and Metaverse is more colorful than your actual apartment. Thank  you Benevolent Billionaires who know that a bored citizen is a dangerous citizen. A bored citizen might ask dangerous questions like:-
Who actually owns my data?"
Why is my rent and utilities 90% of my income?
Why does my toaster need a Wi-Fi connection?

The Solution is Hyper-Distraction.
The Infinite Scroll is the slot machine in your pocket that never pays out, designed to keep your head down and your thumb moving. Soon, movies will be generated just for you, starring you blowing so  much  smoke up your behind you can  float on air in their cloud. You will never have to encounter a challenging idea or a conflicting viewpoint again. Then there is  gamified serfdom.  New level  enabled, why worry about your actual bank account when your Social Compliance Score just hit a new high level?

Reality is the new enemy. The physical world is messy, it's expensive, it’s hard,  while the the Digital Circus is perfect, clean and keeps us happy and docile.

xAI recorded a net loss of $1.46 billion in 3Q of 2025 on revenues of $107 million. That quarterly loss is up from roughly $1 billion in the 1Q of 2025. All together, “xAI has shredded $7.8 billion in cash over the last year.”

xAI supplies Grok, which is used to make the deepfake porn that many people are understandably angry over. Grok is also used in X, and thus most of xAI’s revenues are probably for services sold to X.

xAI is not alone. OpenAI lost $11.5 billion in the 3Q of 2025 according to Microsoft’s accounts, which are likely far better than the accounts done by itself. Those losses are several billion higher than what OpenAI announced and suggest that OpenAI will have more than its estimated $115 billion in cumulative losses by 2029. 

Other AI companies are also losing big money. “Every major AI company is currently losing money hand over fist on the tech. Like its peers, xAI insists that pattern is temporary;” “its executives told investors in a recent earnings call that the company has the resources to continue spending aggressively.”

That is not surprising given the willingness of investors to throw money at big AI companies such as xAI, OpenAI, Anthropic and others on the basis of some future events such as AGI. 

Remember that these startups haven’t gone public yet and they all raise money privately. Because of their huge losses, they need to raise money every few months but so far that has not been a problem. Even when a major investor, Brad Gerstner, asked: “How can a company with $13 billion in revenues make $1.4 trillion of spend commitments?,” Altman answered: “If you want to sell your shares, I’ll find you a buyer. Enough.”

It is quite likely that xAI has less to worry about then OpenAI. After all, his Tesla investors approved a $1 trillion pay package for him recently.

And Musk recently closed a $20 billion equity raise, valuing xAI at $230 billion. Investors included Nvidia, Cisco, and several investment companies.

What narrative is Musk spinning for xAI? “Eventually, they promised, the company will build self-sufficient AI that can power Tesla’s Optimus robots. Like xAI, Tesla’s stuttering Optimus program is eons away from ever turning a profit — or even from hitting the market, for that matter.” If you don’t remember, Optimus will be a general-purpose robot that learns from human observation to handle complex jobs like cooking meals (chopping, stirring), household chores (sweeping, sorting), and factory work, with future potential for childcare, gardening, and even space exploration.

Eventually they say. Although OpenAI and other AI software startups aren’t a concern right now, at some point in time, they suddenly will be. Don’t be caught holding the bag.

McKinsie owners of an openAI 1 trillion tokens award are now celebrating  25000 AI agents within a workforce of 60k . Rejoice global corporations are outsourcing their thinking in exchange for PowerPoints spreadsheets and recommendations made by AI with a little bit of consulting oversight. No wonder real growth innovation and our economies are falling off a cliff. All in the cloud capitalism realm are living the dream as the Age of abundance moves into the #DigitalFeudalMatrix

AI is eating consulting? McKinsey just confirmed it now counts AI as part of its workforce - 40,000 humans & 25,000 AI agents. That’s 65,000 “employees” 😳

Chief Executive Bob Sternfels made it official:

→ AI already powers 40% of McKinsey projects
→ Agents produced 2.5M charts in 6 months
→ 1.5M human hours saved per year

The goal is to have 1 AI agent per human 🤖

McKinsey didn’t fire people (yet). But they deleted entry-level work.

The boring parts are now gone:

→ Desk research
→ Slide drafting
→ Data cleaning
→ First-pass analysis

That work now happens at machine speed. Humans move up the stack instantly.

But the real bet the consulting giant is making isn’t about productivity.

It’s about optionality.

McKinsey is building a firm that can:

→ Scale without hiring
→ Serve more clients with the same headcount
→ Recompose teams instantly
→ Price expertise, not hours

Consulting then becomes software-like.

High margins.
High leverage.
Low friction.

And this is the real future of work.

Humans won’t execute.
They’ll direct, judge, and decide.

AI will do the rest.
