In 2018, work wasn't working for me, so I broke it and methodically designed a new life with intention.
I used my job as an investor in my future. I figured out my advantages and then built a side business that I took to full time corporate exit, then scaled to over $1m in revenue.

I built an entire process to help me figure out my re-invented career and now I use that to help other corporate pros smartly build futures that are Self-Directed, intentional and successful - that is my purpose.

For 15+ years, I moved through a wide range of professional landscapes - mission-driven nonprofits, fast-paced corps, and the heart of the service industry.

Each chapter brought its own unique rhythm: leading teams, the discipline of logistics, the heart of community work, the challenge of adapting to new systems, and the art of holding space for others in high-demand environments. I learned how to show up fully, collaborate across diverse teams, and lead with both structure and empathy.

And while I grew in many ways and was often praised for my dependability, ideas, and leadership - something deeper within me remained untouched. There was always a quiet pull toward something more creative, expansive, and ultimately mine.

Eventually, I realized that my deepest fulfillment wouldn't come from continuing to pour my gifts into roles that weren’t aligned with my essence; it would come from building something that truly reflected who I am and what I came here to do.

Leaving that path wasn’t about walking away from the work. It was about finally listening to the voice inside that said: “You were made to create something of your own.”

Today, I integrate everything I learned across those years - structure, service, resilience, and heart - and support others in aligning their lives and businesses with their truth. Because sometimes the path to purpose starts by honoring where you’ve been… and choosing to fly anyway.

We're living in a time of inner occupation - where our nervous systems are hijacked, our attention and energy is harvested, and our life-force is drained by the system. The people I work with have begun to sense this.

They're self-aware visionaries with big hearts who are already doing the inner work.

But inside they feel the ache of an unexpressed power. 
The knowing that they're meant to create something far more expansive than a tidy life. 

This is a signal that the leader, artist, healer, creator, change-maker in you is ready to emerge.

I know, because I've lived it.
I spent years trying to things the "right way" while my nervous system burned out, my creative life-force went dormant, my body full with anxious tension, and my own inner occupation tightened its grip.

What I needed was not more discipline or structure. 
It was sovereignty.

It was a way to end the occupation inside myself, reclaim my energy, and create from overflow instead of depletion.

So I made my life a living experiment - leaving the prescribed path, stewarding land, rewilding myself, rescuing animals, and rooting my business in the rhythms of the earth and my soul.

In that experiment I learned to stop outsourcing my power, regulate my body, and align with the natural intelligence that exists in and around us.

Here's what I discovered:
when a person returns to their own energy and truth, they don't just heal - they generate
they birth ideas, movements, art, companies, communities, ecosystems
their presence becomes regenerative, their work stops extracting and starts nourishing

This is how culture shifts.
This is how we build a New Earth.

That is the potential inside of you - not to be "better" at the old game, but to create a new one from the ground up. One that is aligned with your body, values, and your highest expression and energy - ultimately for the wellbeing of everything you touch. 

My work is to guide you across that threshold:

into a regulated, embodied, creatively sovereign state where your power becomes a blessing rather than a burden.
